TCR Integrated Stamping Systems Appointed Stamtec Representative

Comments Off on TCR Integrated Stamping Systems Appointed Stamtec Representative

TCR Integrated Stamping Systems, a premier turnkey provider of metal stamping solutions and systems integration, today announced its appointment as the authorized Stamtec representative for Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Northern Illinois. This strategic addition complements a major ongoing expansion anchored by the 2024 purchase of a 50,000 square foot machine shop and the growth of its mechanical repair department—the first major element of TCR’s long-term facility and capability expansion.

Stamtec’s broad product offerings enable TCR to deliver more tailored press solutions to customers, while the significantly expanded territory creates substantial new growth opportunities across the Midwest.

These developments are part of TCR’s comprehensive plan to strengthen its ability to serve stamping clients for decades to come while promoting a robust U.S. manufacturing base and building a multi-generational company in its hometown region of Nekoosa and Central Wisconsin.

“Charles O’Connor and I grew up in Nekoosa, and we are deeply committed to growing TCR right here,” said Todd Wenzel, Partner and President of TCR Integrated Stamping Systems. “Adding Stamtec allows us to offer a much broader range of high-quality, reliable stamping presses and provide more tailored solutions for our customers. This perfectly supports our aggressive growth initiatives.”

Key elements of the expansion include strategic leadership additions and team growth. In 2024, TCR welcomed CFO Mike Lynn, who strengthened the company’s business systems and financial structure to support sustained expansion. In 2025, Sales Director Dan Kropchak joined to design and implement a modern sales process, culminating in the addition of three accomplished sales professionals in early 2026. The company has also expanded its engineering team to better support sales, manufacturing, and design efforts, with continued growth planned. TCR has additionally invested in more fabrication equipment to further enhance its in-house manufacturing and repair capabilities.

The 50,000 square foot machine shop, equipped with large CNC and manual machine tools staffed by skilled machinists, has dramatically enhanced TCR’s mechanical repair capabilities. It enables faster major repairs and allows the company to reverse engineer and manufacture critical components needed to service clients’ equipment.

TCR is actively partnering with local high schools and trade schools across Central Wisconsin to develop the next generation of manufacturing talent through training, apprenticeships, and career pathway programs.

“Every move we’re making—the new Stamtec line, leadership and team expansion, facility investments, and fabrication equipment upgrades—is designed to position TCR as a stronger, more capable partner for stamping manufacturers for the next several decades,” added Wenzel. “Charles and I want TCR to be a multi-generational company that strengthens American manufacturing while creating great jobs for the next generation of graduates from Central Wisconsin high schools and trade programs—so they have strong reasons to stay and build their futures right here in our region.”

The expanded operations will enable faster lead times on integration projects, enhanced repair and rebuild capabilities, and superior local support for customers throughout the region.
