The coil feed line of equipment is capable of handling a wide range of metals and alloys with varying physical, mechanical, and chemical properties. We distribute a range of standard models, many of which possess optional features and accessories that enable customization for unique applications, reduce setup times, and minimize the need for highly skilled operators.

The coil feed line systems are capable of handling a wide variety of materials including CRS,  HRS, AHSS, stainless steel, and aluminum with coil widths up to 84 inches and thicknesses between 0.010 inches to 0.500 inches.  Additionally, the standard equipment can process coil weights up to 60,000 pounds, with a maximum feed speed of 250 FPM.

In addition to coil lines for prog and transfer applications, COE offers their Value-Added Series Cut-to-Length (CTL) systems. These systems provide customers with the ability to perform in-house blanking, reducing operational costs and improving ROI. In-house blanking also gives our clients superior control over their stamping processes, which ultimately results in improved blanking quality.

Our CTL lines consist of COE’s standard feeder, straightener, and reel products. We also distribute an assortment of optional additions for these systems should they be required. Some of the main features of the CTL line include the ability to process coil dimensions with widths up to 84 inches, and thicknesses up to 0.375 inches. They are capable of handling different gauges of CRS, HRS, galvanized or stainless steel, and aluminum with feed speeds up to 250 FPM.

Material Support

Material Support

TCR provides telescoping feed-to-tool material support equipment. TCR developed this solution in a variety of sizes and customizable options to fit any application.

The device supports the material from feed to tool. This allows increased feed acceleration without buckling, faster and safer thread ups, and results in faster press speeds. The device when closed, is collapsed into the window area, out of the way for die change. It can extend into the die area to accommodate varying tool widths.
